1 on 1 Training

1 on 1 training is perfect for everyone, from the beginner who is looking to learn basic exercises in the weight room through to top athletes who are looking for that edge in their chosen sport. Whatever your level I will tailor a program to suit your needs, taking into account your limitations, training history, sport, current strength, power and speed levels, goals and of course how many times per week you want to and should be training.

Group Training for 2 to 6 Athletes

Group training is more cost effective than 1 on 1 training. It is great for athletes who compete in team sports, such as rugby and football. I write group training programs the same way I do 1 on 1 programs, taking into account each athletes limitations, training history, sport, current strength, power and speed levels, goals and of course how many times per week they want to and should be training.

Online Training Program Design

I take great pride in not selling cookie-cutter training programs online. I am a great believer in personally writing a tailor made program for each every online client. The process starts with me finding out the same things I would do if I was training you in person (your limitations, training history, sport, current strength, power and speed levels, goals and of course how many times per week they want to and should be training).

With this information I will then write you a 4/12 week training program. Whilst you are performing the program you have as much online support as you like. I will teach you how to monitor your progress and after 4 weeks we can look at your results and tweak the program to ensure continuous progress.

When I send you programs they will contain: a warm-up, dynamic flexibility/mobility work, soft tissue work, appropriate strength, speed and power work and recovery methods. Throughout the process my ultimate goal is to get you to be able to write your own programs!

Phone and Online Consultations

Phone consultations can last 30 or 60 minutes and we can discuss anything training related. For overseas customers who want to keep phone costs down I can consult with you on the internet using Facebook chat. This still allows us to talk in real time.
